I bought a brand new washer, and dryer from Aarons rental, in March of 2008. In July the washer quit after filling. They expected me to scoop the water while I had pneumonia. I refused! Three days later they finally showed up. They gave me a used "loaner". I called them, including "headquarters" twice a week and got very rude service. Finally, I talked to Aaron. He said the part that needed to be fixed, was more expensive than it was worth and I had to keep the loaner. May of 2009, I bought another new one at Lowe's. read full review »
