When I called the bank today regarding NSF fees I was told it is, "Chase's policy to use the highest dollar amount first". If they had deducted the lower transactions first, I wouldn't of been issued ANY NSF fees. Instead they chose to pay the highest amount first. I had enough money in my account to cover 2 of the items that came in but they chose to pay the highest one first so they could charge me an additional $34.00 for each NSF.
