I received a letter from Dell Computer s to extend my warranty on my XPS 720 3 years for $249. and receive $50. in Dell Dollars back to be used for future purchases from Dell Home $ Home Office. When I placed my order, the person at Dell Computers couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand them. They said the warranty would cost me $300. and I would receive $50. in Dell Dollars.
