Contractor 411 is a scam! Beware they are still trying to scam people on Craigslist! They charge you for a so called background check because working on bank properties its a requirement. Then in turn you never get bank foreclosure leads. We signed up Jan /09 and never got a foreclosure lead. We did request leads and received for residential work however they were all bogus and after 6 months I asked for a refund.
