ordered "free offer" for cost of shipping/handling. Product worked briefly...but not when changed first cartridge. Have signed me up for other discount programs when I told them no...also told them I didn't want extra cartridges, but guy said only four with trial, so ordered some add'l. Asked not to be placed on auto ship type program, they did it anyway...still working on those people. Will have to change my cc # to stop them. do not order any free trial anything...that is my advice for others. read full review »
