If there are any ligitimate complaints against the Veterans Support organization they should take it up with the BBB. The VSO changed my life. I do not say they are perfect, but The Better Business Bureau provides mediation services to help consumers and businesses reach a mutually acceptable solution when complaints arise. The BBB acts as a neutral third party, listening to both sides of the story.
