So many complaints so little time. Anyway the biggest problem is they said I agreed to a two year commitment. Their is NO chance that I would agree to anything for two years much less one year. I asked them to show me the proof. They said they would and of course they didin't send or have any proof. So when I canceled my service with DirecTV they took $340 directly out of my checking account with zero authoriztion.
