The golf clubs were counterfeit. On top of that they were bad obvious copies. Thier 30 day satisfaction guarantee is WORTHLESS. They will respond quickly when you are going to spend money but if you have a problem they stall and delay for weeks at a time. Thier staff emailed me in bad broken English with incomplete sentences that sometimes are hard to understand. They do not provide a return address on the package.
