I have called their "customer service" line a total of 6 times in the last week in regards to a blu-ray player I received that doesn't even play the movies. I know what I'm doing, I know how to work the machine and plug it in. I'm not an idiot savant or 80 year old new to DVDs or blu-rays. Firmware update? Oh. Doesn't work.
