I refinanced my mortgage through Bank of America. Both my first mortgage and my refinanced mortgage were both through B of A. They picked the title company Nat'l Real Estate info services to help in my closing. My sole responsibily was to pay closing cost to B of A, the title company and the taxes which were paid in my settlement statement.
