Ordered a sofabed in November. I was given a date of 12/11 for delivery. They never showed up. Several calls that day led them to finally inform me that it had gone to the wrong warehouse (on Long Island) instead of to the one in Poughkeepsie so it could not be delivered. It took them until 3:30 that afternoon to tell me this. I had taken the day off from work and waited all day.
