I started working with NACA in July 2009, I am in need of a loan mod. I've done everything required, I've had patience in that they didn't call me the first 3 times, I've had no follow-up to date, I've called faithfully each month, and endured the phone disconnecting, holding for 1+ hours each time and talking to counselors who tell me something different each time.
