On Nov 30, 2009 I purchased a number of items from them. Less than a week after I received the items, I decided to return the guitar and case because I simply did not like the feel of it. They gave me a return number and I shipped the items back at my expense. On Dec 17, 2009 they received the items as evidenced by UPS tracking.
