I thought that the grant or some hand-out for the person or persons, that needed person or disabled person, can not afford it, anything. I will blame to persons. 1) Mayor Mke Bloomberg and 2) The government of the State. Is really not help the mis-fortune and the disabled person, like me. The Human Resources do not want to do any paper to apply for an grant. I am really tired of apply any grant that we have to pay some fee to get some grant. I am disappointed to the mayor of NYC and he Government of NYS. I will stand-by my words. read full review »

TO, the head of department of education. That do not care about people will mental, wheelchair bound, etc. That we have a state or/and city, that help the disabled person, like have the benefit to help a person that needed some education or getting a G.E.D. I have plan ( still planning) to get some education, and the clinic of mental health. The social worker is not doing they job or not. The social is always be talking to person, or staff. Not helping me, or patients, of any help. read full review »

NEW REFRIGATOR

I am very, extreme disappoint. Of The Mayor of the City. Doesn't care about tenant that need a new refrigator. They say that could fix. But, still need a new refrigator, with three crack on the panel of the freezer part. And, come some excuse, that can not I can't get a new refrigator. If I have to used the money for the rent I will used the money. If the Mayor, Mike Bloomberg care for the people of New York City. I will stand by my own word. read full review »
