I live in United Arab Emirates (UAE) and have been trying to buy the iPhone 3GS since the last two weeks but it is continuously out of stock with the local Apple Telecom Partner (Etisalat). I have visited a few of Etisalat business centres and outlets in Dubai and all of them have told me that they are not aware when it will be available. I called Etisalat customer services on 101 also told me that iPhone is out of stock and they are not able to tell me when it will be available.
