I made arrangements on Dec. 30th to pay bill on Jan 1, 2010. I arranged to pay half the bill on the first and then pay the other half on the 7th of January 2010. The day before I had agreed to pay I went to pay and the paystation was closed for 3 days. I paid by money gram (which I was told by the represenative that it would post immediately) on 01-04-2010. The represenative told me if I paid by Money Gram that it would post immediately to my account and services would be restored immediately.
