I paid in full for the delivery of a 40 inch LCD television in May of 2009. I still have not received the merchandise. Every time I called the company they kept telling me to call back in 10 days because they needed to obtain the shipping tracking number. Every time I called I requested to speak to a supervisor but they contend that its their company policy that supervisors do not take phone calls. Also, its their policy not to reimburse customers.
