My husband and I were watching an advertisement on television. As seen on tv ad. When we thought that this would be a good thing to try, not knowing or checking out the reviews. Anyhow, we dialed the phone number and (mistake) gave our credit card info to them for ordering. And while ordering, the more you said no for not wanting extra products, they must have added them anyway saying that it was free.
