I purchased a mattress & box spring for over $3, 000.00 less than 3 years ago. The mattress was defective and broke down to an uneven, lumpy, uncomfortable bed. Customer service for Better Bedding came out to inspect and agreed. A report was filed, the mattress is defective. I called the store and spoke to the Manager to discuss the defective mattress.
