This company is a scam. Besides the ridiculous hidden prices, the service was horrific. The 'technician' was aggressive and rude and embarrassed me in front of my company. He told me that the price would be $110 with credit card or $80 if I had cash. When I asked why the charge was higher than the $15.00 base estimate I had been given on the phone, he ridiculed me and said, "Did you not even hear what they said on the phone? They said 'And up.
