When I got up this morning I had no connectivity to the internet through my FIOS (writing from work). I tried to call for help, and even though it says they have 24/7 technical support, none of their phone numbers lead to a tech rep. Just a loop which eventually hangs up on you. I would suggest to anyone who has other high speed internet options to go with another provider, as Verizon provides no real support. read full review »
