We hired Sensory Sound, and had a constant lack of communication after we paid for the service. The sales office is good at reassuring you what will be provided and guaranteed, but it is horrible service. We hired them for our wedding and repeatedly asked when we'd be able to talk to our assigned dj. We didn't get a call until 1 week before our event.
