I am in the middle of a nightmare with this online store, which by the way is the same as Netshops, Inc. the website is Cribs.com and have the misleading furniture picture color, i tried to cancel within the following 5 minutes and here we are a week later, with the same problem trying to cancel, over the phone, multiple emails, it's just ridiculous. Now we have to wait for a MRA #, pay for shipping and restocking fees, because they claimed they couldn't canceled the order (took a 7 days and we still haven't been able to... read full review »
