2nd time in 1 year 7 months after new furnace installed that I've needed service call. First time they came out at night and fixed problem. Today (10/7/08) heat didn't come on. Called and they said they would be out between 5 and 8 pm. No one showed up and no call back. Called 8:50 pm and was told they would be coming. Called 10:50 pm and person said I could leave message no one was coming tonight. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. read full review »
