In 09 i refinanced my house for a lower interest rate. On my third payment to Wells Fargo I noticed that there was an added charge of $39.74 for what is called "Optional Products / Accidental Death Insurance" on further investigation I discoverd that on September 13, 2006 a telemarketer had pruportedly called and sold me this policy and it was put on my old loan, they then with out my authorization put it on my new loan.
