I was charged for another year on my credit card without my knowledge. They claim when I first signed up it was to be an automatic charge until I cancelled, yet they cannot provide me with any paperwork confirming that. I can't believe they would not send a renewal form just in case you didn't want to continue to use the website. When I called them, I was told the renewal could not be refunded no way, no how.
