As a Real Estate owner/broker with 25 yrs of experience I have never seen a company like Countrywide/Bank of America who could care less if you have a cash offer for a home. I have been working on this file now for 1 year with hundreds of phone calls, sending numerous documentation requested and then they close the file because they said they emailed me and I did not respond.
