I reauested a free sample of two products, Premiier Whitening and Dazzle White on Oct 24 2009. I was then informed that I needed to pay postage of $11.14 and $ 14.56 for the free samples. By agreeing to this I submitted my credit card no. Premier Whitening then continued to debit my account with out authorization and unknown to me.
