Spoke with customer service reps on 11/23/09 to stop all the automatic withdrawls from my account and remitted to me. Pulse and MVQ Privacy Matters 123 are the two cos. that were charging for their services. (BTW: I do not even know what services they provide, because I do not recall enrolling for their services) They both gladly refunded my money on 11/24/09, but then proceeded to charge me for Budget Savers for two more payments (Dec and Jan).
