I ordered trial: was sent more than ordered ($44.85 ) & returned excess. Was still charged full amount. Called, promised would be fixed & money refunded. Instead.. second bill for extra $39.95 came in. Called again & was told money HAD been returned and I had agreed to pay $38 for product. Then was told I am now "Black-listed!!" I was treated nicely on the first call with apoligizes. Second call I was treated like a dim-wit and not allowed to talk!! Something MUST be done about these companies. read full review »
