I ordered a Garmin Nuvi 265 T. The web page did not list it as remanufactured. I purchased it for my daughter to drive on a multi-state trip. My daughter had to take the unit on her trip. I contacted eCost. First, they do not routinely respond to emails by reading them. The automated responses to the first three emails indicated they would call back in 2 days. No calls were received.
