DO NOT, REPEAT DO NOT, SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. In Sep 2009, we signed a contract with Jubilee Property Ventures. They guranteed us we would receive monthly rent from them plus a $2000 and they would gurantee to sell our house in 2 years. We thought this would be a great oppurtunity to sell the house since we were military and we had to PCS to GA. In Oct 2009 we were notified that we had people moving into the house on a lease to buy option. We received partial payment in Oct 09 but that was it.
