I bought a garry vaccum in june 09 and the motor stopped working in dec.09 . I had to give the company 50.00 for them to send me a replacement only to find out this was shipping for one way, I still have to pay more money to ship this broken vaccum back . They told me to insure it and even though insured they would just throw it in the dumpster once it got back. I have gotten a replacement for the broken one and now the replacement one has broken on the seond night of use.
