VERY poor costumer service. Nobody smiles at this Costco. I ahppened to forget my coupon book home and I asked people from the costumer service if they can give a a new coupon book. The answer : "we only have them available for new costumers", then I noticed that there was a coupon in front of the cashier and asked her if I can use it, since all coupons have the same barcode (you can scan one and the discount applies for all the merchandise on sale) .
