I am a senior visitor from Canada to this area and went to a Bank of America to withdraw $200.00. The machine read my card, asked for my pin number, asked if I wanted a receipt which I did not get and then handed back my card. I was suspicious, so phoned my bank to check and yes, Bank of America had removed the funds from my account. When I approached the service rep I was made to feel it was my fault, and I was to notify my bank to lodge a complaint.
