In an attempt to reach this company for a refund, I now feel very frustrated and out $92.00. There should be away to contact a business, via email or phone (no one answers or leaves you on hold for over 10 minutes with no answer); this is a crime against consumers. There needs to be an internet policy regarding contacts. No company should be able to advertise their products without contact information. If anyone knowsa better way how to reach this company, please respond. read full review »
