I rented with Chegg for about a year but have recently become EXTREMELY dissatisfied with them. In regards to customer service, it's no wonder they have you jump through hoops just to get their phone number or live chat help. The best thing I can recommend is DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BOOKS IN YOUR CART. I left my books in my cart for a little over a week (I wanted to wait to closer to the term to order since our classes run longer than public schools) and when I went to checkout they raised my prices by more than $50!!
