On thier website, majic jack puts in writing the assurance that the ability to transfer an existing phone number will happen sometime in 2009. Based on that promise, I purchased the product, I even was able to make personal contact for one on one support when the product was purches in late 2008. It is now 2010. No ability to trnasfer an existing phone number, the promise was not kept, and the only means of contact is by live chat. When I pressed the issue, the chat was terminated.
