Well, our zoning changed September of 09 in our area to a flood zone. We were not aware of this. AHMSI notified us right before Thanksgiving that we had to get this coverage. Alright, so we put in a call to our State Farm Rep. She told us to get an elevation certificate. So, we ordered the survey be done to get the cert. for insurance. We received the very next day after Thanksgiving a letter that was dated the day after they notified us of the zoning change that they took insurance out on us for flood.
