I had a house fire going on 4 months. The first check the bank wrote it was in mine and ex. Ex refused to help get check cashed. Called bank they told me the paper work to send to get it in my name. Going on 3 months every time I call I get a different story. I''ve talked to supervisors and managers. No one wants to help. My insurance company sent them my money. Bank of America has my money and is refusing to give it to me. I have two daughters, no kitchen and fire damange through the house. HELP. read full review »
