I too fell for the free grab bag for Christmas. After close to an hour on the phone declining multiple offers to try their clubs for hundreds of dollars the operator relented and told me she would send just the grab bag for the shipping charge of $40. She told me that I would receive a confirmation email with the order number and information. I never got an order number from the operator and never received a confirmation email from them.
