Every day I return home from work to several phone messages from ER Solutions. They are apparently looking for someone named "Vincent" but I am unable to hear the last name (garbled on message). I happened to be home from work this week due to illness so I was able to answer the calls. Each time, I listened to the options and pressed the appropriate button when prompted to indicate that I was not "Vincent". The call have continued. What will it take for ER Solutions to stop harrassing me several times each day (including weekends) for someone else's apparent debt? read full review »
