This company calls me when my payment gets 21 days past due last month I mailed payment in ratehr that use online service, the customer service rep on the phone tried to get me to stop payment on the check and pay over the phone, he then tried to tell me that there company policy dictated that once you go behind 30 days that have to get a method of direct debit on the account for future payments.
