I am filing a complaint for poor customer service and excessive and improper overdraft fees. Myself and my family members will be closing our accounts and are soon to be ex-customers. I was charged overdraft fees totaling $156. This started due to a debit of $100.21 that a merchant charged my account in error. This debit was later reversed by the merchant.
