I was recently fired from JCP for unkown reasons, I worked for over one year at the store in Conroe, Texas (north of The Woodlands) The corporate mentality is that if you do not meet your productivity ($$$set each month by corp) you may be let go after missing three months in a 12 month perior..of course none of this was brought up in our interview or our traning.
