Our account was placed on hold, which we discovered on a saturday morning only because our card was denied at a restaurant. After 45min on hold with customer service representative, we got no help. They didn't know why it was on hold and it looked like we still had all our money in our account (even though the automated information we heard first was that we were 800$ overdrawn).
