GE Money sends confirmation that online payment is set up, but does NO follow up email notification if information is incorrect, e.g., if you enter incorrect bank routing number, etc. Their system could verify account information up front, instead, GE Money waits until a payment is process and fails. If this happens, GE Money charges return "check" fee and charges a late payment.
