Service techs are great, but the policies and customer relations are ABYSMAL. If I had any choice, I would find a way to hire the rep, but I would never use this company unless I absolutely had to. Of course, I have no choice, because this is the only coverage for my POS Kenmore HE5 W/D. They refused to send a helper to repair a stacked washer/dryer installation which required moving things to access the service panel. I had to to all the moving, and now my bad back is re-aggravated.
