Attending a funeral in Nebraska during blizzard conditions, we purchased a set of chains in Branson before the trip. We did not need to use the item which is still in the sack unopened. O'Reilly said they would not refund the money spent on the chains, even though they were not used. Such business practices have convinced me to never purchase another item from O'Reilly's.
