This actually needs to go to Sears they OWN A & E repair I had call to have a washer repaired. I explained what was wrong and they sent a repair man... needless to say he said it was fine and either there was a clog in the drainage pipe. (The problem was there was about 1 inch of water left in the btm of the washer) If it was a clog or frozen line ALL the water would have backed up A second repair man came out I spoke to him he said he knew what was wrong, without authorization he fixed the machine to the tune of $400.00 Dollars.
